Both the profile and the knife edge must pass through the machine transverse incision, and the weight control does not depend on the control of the fiber angle. A major advantage of the consistency press is that the speed of the paper machine guarantees the quality of the print. Consistency molding allows the machine to start cold, change gears, and shut down the machine in less time than other technologies. ENP technology is a major technological breakthrough in terms of web transferability. This technology was first used for the production of linear cardboard and corrugated paper. The increased extrusion force of this technique increases the dryness of the paper. For this reason, it has become a technical standard for the cardboard industry. Some ENP technologies can operate at speeds up to 1500KN/M. ENP technology is now used extensively in the identification of paper grades. A large number of experiments have shown that the board dryness can reach 6 points under ENP technology. Because of these advantages, ENP technology is a powerful auxiliary tool in the production of fine paperboard and other processes.

Pulp is also a very important factor in ensuring paper transportability. Now, fully automated systems have begun to use for the detection of pulp consistency, freeness, average fiber length, fiber length distribution, curl and roughness. In addition, it also detects brightness, color, and brightness.
