Zircon Fiber Disc resin fiber discs are designed for blending edged, seams and corners, weld grinding and deburrnig. This kind fiber disc is made by electrostatistically depositing grains of zircon on heavy duty vulcanized fiber backing with heat-resistant phenolic resins. Sanding discs can be made into different size and with different grit. Fiber sanding discs are mainly equipped onto grinders to polish all kinds of metal and non-metallic materials. It is suitable for the grinding and polishing of shipbuilding, automobile, aviation, machinery, bridge and construction industry. Also used for grinding on furniture edges and carving.
