1) Protection issues. The protective cover is the main protective device of the  polishing  machine. Its function is to effectively cover the louver when the louver is damaged for some reason during work to ensure the safety of personnel. 2. Balance problem. The imbalance of the louver is mainly caused by the inaccurate manufacture and installation of the louver, which makes the center of gravity and the rotating shaft not coincide. The harm caused by imbalance is mainly manifested in two aspects. On the one hand, when the blade rotates at high speed, it will produce vibration, and it is easy to produce polygonal vibration marks on the surface of the workpiece. On the other hand, unbalance will accelerate the vibration of the main shaft and the wear of the bearing, which will cause the blade to break and even cause accidents. 3. Matching problem. The matching problem mainly refers to the installation matching problem of the chuck and the louver. According to the standard requirements, the diameter of the chuck shall not be less than 1/3 of the diameter of the installed sand table. When the diameter is 10mm larger than the diameter of the chuck, a new blade should be replaced.

Static balance is to make the center of gravity of the louvers coincide with its center of rotation. The specific static balancing method is: put the flange on the spindle, and then put it on the guide rail of the balance frame. If it is unbalanced, the heavier part of the ultra-thin grinding wheel will rotate downward, move the balance weight at the position of the annular tip of the flange end face, and add the center of the deep-cut piece to achieve balance. Repeat this until the ultra-thin grinding wheel can be at any position on the guide rail. At this time, the cutting piece reaches static balance. If the static balance is not carried out, it will cause the louvers to vibrate when rotating at high speed, which will slightly affect the processing results, and seriously cause the cutting blade to break and damage the machine tool. Therefore, the installation of the louvers must be static balance. In addition, the housing of the equipment must have a good grounding protection device. We should pay attention to the above problems when installing and using the louvers, so that the installed machine can be more safe and durable.
