The dates for each phase are as follows: Phase 1: October 15-19, 2023 Phase 2: October 23-27, 2023 Phase 3: October 31-November 4, 2023 The online platform will be available for six months from September 16, 2023 to March 15, 2024. Functions such as online display, search, instant communication, supply and procurement matching, and virtual exhibition halls will remain open. Live demonstrations and appointment negotiations will be available during the offline exhibition period. [Booth Application]: Application for Brand Booth Evaluation In accordance with the notice from the Ministry of Commerce's Foreign Trade Department on the brand booth evaluation for the Canton Fair, and the implementation rules for the allocation of brand booths for export products at the China Import and Export Fair (see Annex 2 for details, hereinafter referred to as the "Implementation Rules"), a new round of brand booth evaluation for the Canton Fair will be conducted. Comprehensive evaluation and arrangement will be made for brand booths. Companies interested in applying are encouraged to sign up. 1. Eligibility for Application All companies that meet the conditions for using brand booths at the Canton Fair as specified in the "Implementation Rules" are eligible to apply. If any of the prohibited conditions for applying or using brand booths as listed in the "Implementation Rules" are found, the application qualification will be revoked. 2. Application Period May 6-25 3. Evaluation Criteria The evaluation criteria for brand booths include export volume (35 points), domestic and foreign trademarks (10 points), research and development innovation and independent intellectual property rights (30 points), international certifications (10 points), brand building (6 points), industry self-discipline (3 points), and performance at the Canton Fair (6 points), with a total score of 100 points. Application Process Please log in to the Canton Fair's "Exhibitor Easy Pass" system (https://exhibitor.cantonfair.org.cn), register and confirm company and product information, and submit brand booth application information and qualification materials (path: Booth Application - Brand Booth Evaluation). After submitting the online application, a printed application form in a unified format must be stamped with the official seal. Strictly follow the evaluation criteria, as well as the sample and instructions for brand booth application materials (see Annex 3), and prepare relevant qualification certificates in accordance with the material list for each exhibition zone (one set for each zone) to be submitted to the corresponding trade delegation. Application Requirements 1. Except for the Stone and Iron Decoration and Outdoor Spa Facilities Exhibition Zone, all exhibition zones have brand booths. Starting from the 134th Canton Fair, the New Energy and Pet Supplies Exhibition Zones, as well as the newly established Industrial Automation and Intelligent Manufacturing, New Energy and Intelligent Connected Vehicles, and Maternity and Child Products Exhibition Zones in the 133rd fair, will have brand booths and are included in the evaluation scope for brand booths. 2. The number of brand booths applied by a company in the same exhibition zone should not be lower than the lower limit of brand booths in that zone (see Annex 4 of the "Implementation Rules"). Brand booths are not allowed for joint ventures and must be decorated with green special materials. 3. Requirements for qualification materials: The company name on all application materials must be exactly the same as the applying company or the related parent-subsidiary company. The owners of all certificates must be the applying company or the related parent-subsidiary company (including the legal representative and shareholders). The validity period of all application and certificate materials must cover the application deadline for brand booth companies. The content, products, and standards on all application and certificate materials must be relevant to the exhibition zone and industry declared by the company, and the products involved must be within the scope of the exhibition goods catalog specified in the applied exhibition zone. 4. For the requirements of using the qualification of a parent (subsidiary) company for evaluation, please refer to Annex 3 of the "Implementation Rules". General Booth Application 1. Application Period From now until June 10 2. Application Process Please log in to the Canton Fair's "Exhibitor Easy Pass" system (https://exhibitor.cantonfair.org.cn), register and confirm company and product information, and fill in the corresponding exhibition zone application information online according to the product catalog. Print the application form (path: Booth Application - My Booth Application - General Booth Application), stamp it with the official seal, and submit it along with other required materials to the corresponding trade delegation. The exhibition application will be officially effective after submission. Please refer to Annex 5 for the qualification criteria. Companies applying for brand booths can also apply for general booths according to their needs.
